What is the ASSESS+™ Refund Policy?

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions.

What is the refund window?

Refund requests must be submitted via email to drerinnPSYD@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment processing of your purchase of a course.


Requests received after 24 hours and/or after you log into the course will not be eligible for a refund.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, email drerinnPSYD@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • The email used for registration

  • The course title

  • The reason for your refund request

Non-transferable and non-exchangeable policy

Course registrations are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Participants cannot substitute another person or apply credit from one course toward another unless explicitly authorized by ASSESS+.

All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of ASSESS+.
