I understand that this is a course registration or toolkit access request. Once approved, I understand I will receive an email with secure course payment instructions. I understand that I must first be approved to take the course, then complete payment, prior to being provided course login information.

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the refund policy stating refunds are only enabled within 24 hours of course payment and prior to accessing the course content- whichever comes first, via my unique login. Outside of these terms I acknowledge and agree that no refund will be provided to me. No refunds will be provided for toolkit products.

I understand that the courses and content are educational in nature and that I am the only one responsible for upholding my college and/or associations standards of practice and code of ethics around the use of assessments/evaluations/testing. I also understand that the same applies to any toolkit I purchase.
